Tools and methods of maintenance cleaning.

**High pressure cleaning

For an optimal cleaning effect one needs beside sufficient pressure also a high water quantity, which provides for a high impact force and removes the loosened dirt (alluvial capacity).
With a dirt cutter (or rotor nozzle), a circular , stubborn incrustations (oxidations algae moss) can be loosened over large areas. It is especially used outdoors, but is not recommended for sensitive materials.

Steam cleaner

A steam cleaner is an appliance for industrial and household use that vaporizes water and releases it through a nozzle.
The effectiveness of a steam cleaner depends mainly on the temperature and pressure of the steam jet.
Depending on the device, a relatively cool water vapor is emitted with temperatures around 150° - 185° and with low pressure 4.0 Bar - 8.0 Bar. This enables efficient removal of especially greasy dirt and incrustations with low water consumption.

Steam vacuum cleaner

A further development of the steam cleaner is the steam vacuum cleaner; this has an additional suction function.
The combination of the two devices thus enables the following work steps in one operation: Loosening of the dirt with hot steam Suction of the loosened dirt
